The photographs were taken by Bob and Pam Lewis in Crete, the largest Greek island. The film was Efke 100, developed in Agfa Rodinal, 6 mins, 1+25, 20c. The results were excellent - very sharp with little vignetting. CLICK HERE to see the full Kodak camera advert for 1961.

| The caves were cut into the cliff in prehistoric times, and were later used as tombs. | In the 1970s the caves were home to a commune of aging hippies. When they were eventually evicted by the authorities they became PR and Media Consultants. | The cliffs are very beautiful at this time of year. | |||
